This dish almost didn’t make it.
I wasn’t sure about the mold at first—honestly, I came close to discarding it. I poured one, fired it, and it came out... meh. Not awful, just uninspiring. But something about it kept nudging at me. So I adjusted the glaze, played with the color, added a shimmer of mother of pearl and a touch of gold luster—and suddenly, it came to life.
Now it glows like a little burst of sunshine.
This 6-inch sunflower dish is perfect for holding rings, tea lights, fancy salt, or just sitting pretty as a bright spot on your shelf.
