Okay, so this snowman? Easily one of my favorites. He’s hand-painted, has lots of little details, is 13 inches tall, and is full of vintage charm. I added delicate mother-of-pearl accents and touches of gold luster to give him that little extra sparkle.
But here’s the thing—sometimes ceramics have a mind of their own. After an unexpected refire, his crisp white coat turned a warm golden hue, which wasn’t what I originally planned. Honestly? I wasn’t thrilled. But after stepping back, I realized it gives him this cozy, winter-sunset glow. While it’s not what I originally envisioned, he’s still a charming, one-of-a-kind piece. Since the color shift doesn’t reflect my usual work, I’m listing him at a discounted price.
